This research paper aimed to present a set of recommendations and proposals that contribute to activating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in teaching Arabic. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, reviewing and analyzing previous literature and studies that focused on AI applications and their application in Arabic language teaching. The paper's findings revealed that several AI applications can be used in teaching Arabic, including Canva, the "Teach Me Arabic" mobile application, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. The paper also highlighted some limitations in using these applications and offered a set of recommendations and proposals to address these challenges and facilitate their use. These recommendations include the need for further research to develop AI that is best suited to the needs of Arabic language learning and to train qualified Arabic-speaking professionals in programming languages
