Indexing & Abstracting Policy

SCHOLAR is committed to broad dissemination, discoverability, and accessibility of published research through reputable indexing and abstracting services.

Current Indexing Status

SCHOLAR has established its core scholarly publishing infrastructure, including an official ISSN, DOI registration capabilities through Crossref, open-access licensing under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), and a dedicated publishing platform powered by Open Journal Systems.

The journal is currently in the process of applying for inclusion in the Directory of Open Access Journals as part of its commitment to international standards in open-access scholarly publishing.

SCHOLAR communicates its indexing and abstracting status with full transparency and will publicly claim inclusion in indexing, abstracting, or citation databases only after formal acceptance and official confirmation by the respective service providers.

Applications submitted to indexing or abstracting services are not represented as approvals, endorsements, or active indexing status.

Indexing Objectives

Repository Policy

SCHOLAR supports the broad dissemination, accessibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly research. Authors are permitted to deposit and share versions of their manuscripts in institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, funding agency repositories, personal academic webpages, and other non-commercial scholarly repositories, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Submitted Version (Preprint)

Authors may deposit the original submitted version of their manuscript at any time prior to peer review or editorial acceptance.

2. Accepted Version (Author Accepted Manuscript)

Authors may deposit the peer-reviewed and accepted version of their manuscript immediately upon acceptance for publication.

Authors are requested to update repository records with the article citation and DOI once the final version is published.

3. Published Version (Version of Record)

Authors may deposit and share the final published version of their article immediately upon publication.
