This research aims to study and analyze the training needs of non-Arab teachers of Arabic as a foreign language. It identifies the essential skills and competencies these teachers require to achieve high-quality teaching, focusing on the challenges they face. The research also proposes new training programs based on the latest language teaching methodologies. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, the study reviews existing literature and conducts a survey of non-Arab teachers of Arabic in various institutions to analyze their training needs. The research concludes that the most significant training needs of non-Arab teachers are concentrated in three main areas: cultural competencies, linguistic competencies, and assessment and performance measurement. There is a need for training in modern teaching methods, particularly for less experienced teachers. The most significant challenges include teaching vocabulary and grammar to students from diverse cultural backgrounds and correcting linguistic errors. The research recommends designing intensive training courses for non-Arab teachers of Arabic as a foreign language, covering the most important aspects they need and emphasizing practical application. It also recommends organizing teacher exchange programs between Arab and non-Arab countries to facilitate the exchange of expertise and enhance the training field
